Keep your dream alive

We all feel like giving up sometimes, or tired. But to achieve anything the key is persistence.  If you don't give up then you will reach that goal of yours. If it is to lose weight, that means no breaks in between your routine, no shortcuts. Simple as that, if you continue then you will see results. Not saying it is easy, it is what it is. Keep your dream alive, even when you feel like giving up. You get through those few hard times when you feel like giving up, you will become stronger, making you better able to cope with future struggles. Never let your dream die.

Foods to Lose Weight

For my upcoming fight I decided to drop down to 132 weight class, when I'm naturally about 141 pounds. Myself being very lean with little body fat, discovered that this wasn't so simple but at the same time acheivable.

So here are some foods to substitute into your diet if you want to lose weight.
1) Fish (Tuna Fish, Salmon)
2) Chicken Breast (No Skin)
3) Raisons (But be careful for they contain a lot of sugar)
4) Salad (Without dressings which are extremely fatining, use oil and vinegar if anything)
5) Cereal (Special K, I find to be the best with 3-5 different ones that are tasty)
6) Fruits (grapes, oranges, apples, bannanas...I would say just about any kind of fruit)
7) Vegetables (Carrots)
8) Wheat Bread
9) Skim Milk or No Fat Milk (which I've heard is healthier than whole milk, but not sure about that)
10) Water (Probably one of the most beneficial things you could do is substitute water for soda or any other beverage)

This is just a simple start, with a few simple substitutes into your diet, that will make a huge difference. Again i personally don't believe in only dieting to lose weights, I believe excercise is key and most beneficial to your health, but at the same time you can't excercise well without eating good food. By the way you do feel soooo much better when you eat healthier food (mentally and physically).

STAY POSTED BECAUSE I WILL KEEP ADDING FOODS TO THE LIST

INFORM ME BLOGGERS, ENLIGHTEN ME, I NEED THE LIGHT, I NEED YOUR KNOWLEGE, I NEED YOUR WISDOM FELLOW BLOGGERS , WE MUST UNITE AT ONCE

So ya I'm new to blogger.com, new to the whole blogging scene. Is  it strange if someone random follows you? I was clicking next blog at the top of my screen to check out some other random blogs, and I decided to follow someother dude, who had some cool bible verses. So ya just wondering, you guys follow random people who interest you? I know that I don't necessarily write for someone to listen but more just to write, but of course it's nice to know someones listening or what they think.

Breathe In..... Breathe Out

It's kind of like "Three Little Birds", Bob Marley. "Don't worry about a thing because everything little thing gonna be alrite". It's not easy to keep this mentality and it does not mean not to care. The way I take it is, to maintain you cool when everything seems like it's falling apart. This man I met, he was my ex-girlfriends mother's boyfriend, I did not understand him at all. He was always in a good mood, never getting upset. Being brought up by an Italian family where we react with such emotion, such hate at moments and seconds later such love, this was not normal to me. We went to New York and the vallet scratched his BMW car, still no anger, he just took pictures of the scratch for his insurance or something. I must add, he was a very intellegent man, a lawyer, a very wealthy lawyer. At that moment it didn't completely set in, but as time progressed, I noticed I didn't want to be always getting upset and angry. It's like all Italians do sometimes is complain, for real. Who really wants to here someone continuously bitching? So I almost idolize this man, even though I have not seen him since. It is not really him exactly but his peronality, his attitude that I admire. So till this day, I've been working on it. When I'm on a job and running late, or as my dad always would get upset, when I can't find something I maitain composure. By being aware of my own actions, and continually reminding my self stay calm it's alrite, it will work out, or keep compsure; I have transformed myself.

Lose Weight, Stay Fit, Be Physically Healthy

Being physically fit to me is a very key component to happiness. This statement doesn't mean a slim figure at all. It means being able to move well, breathe well, and look however it is your wish. Believe it or not, losing weight isn't that difficult. I see all these people on diets and all these products on tv to lose weight, but the most important thing is exercise. If you are trying to lose weight or just be physically fit, you should start by walking or jogging a mile a day. If easy obviously step it up to two miles, or three, or so on. If you want success in losing weight or acheiving physical wellness, you must be consistent and make it a routine. Once you implement you routine, it isn't as difficult. The hardest part of all is to begin. I personally don't exercise to lose weight for i was always a skinny person. Altough I am already skinny and don't want to lose weight, I still excersise because I enjoy it. After a long run I achieve that "runner's high", which is a feeling of euphoria. So begin with a workout, a jog, or a run, for half an hour or for a mile and do it five days a week. My advice is start slow and gradually increase your workout. Once this routine is developed you can begin picking at your diet, for that will be a new blog in the future to come. Good luck and just do it!

Seriously just "Do It"

Honestly we all want change, we all want to go to the gym lose weight, look good, have a supermodel girlfriend, and make money. I believe the hardest thing is getting started and then continuing with it. What I learned from my experiences, is just get up and go. Don't sit there thinking about all the reasons you don't want to go to the gym, or all the reasons why you shouldn't take a risk and start a new business. Now there is a big difference between being ignorant, careless and swallowing your fear and going for it. When you procrastinate on going to the gym because your tired or don't feel like it, you are only keeping yourself from doing what you want. No one said it would be easy. The point is, when you begin to have reasons to not go to the gym or not do something, just get up and go. My other point is, if you don't try a new business or approach that amazing beautiful woman, you will never know what the outcome could of been.  It is better to try and fail, than to have not tried at all. By just doing it, at least you gain something. Whether it is knowledge from a mistake for doing it, or strength for that next opportunity that comes across. Don't think ohh "I'm hungry", "I'm tired", "I'll do it later", "I would rather be doing this", just do it and think noting at all. Reflect on it at the end.

Cutting down on Facebook

With all these social websites out (Facebook, Twitter, etc..) people are finding themselves addicted. I myself a victim, am glad I started this, blogging rather than going onto Facebook. First of all Facebook pisses me off reading a bunch of nonsense posts. My age, type of people, I believe can't be anymore alike.  The posts consist of baically, drinking, Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics, men/women relationships, or just random crap. But now thinking, it isn't even just my age. I find myelf still going on everyday. So yes, I just wanted to say I hope this is the beggining to a new healthy habbit (blogging), rather than hooked on Facebook. It relieves some stress, allows me to let some things off my mind, and also find myself. Now back to my last blog. What is it that you want? I find that what we all are searching for in this life, no matter who you are, is happiness. We all want to be happy. So now that we have discovered our objective, we must begin our journey. In order for you to begin, think hard and name the top three or five things that you dislike about your life at this moment. One of mine was smoking ciggaretts. Proud to say, my last year's resolution (2010) was to quit, and today I am ciggarett free. So waht are three or five things you dislike about your life.

Staying Positive

It's funny that I find myself here. I was once such a pestimistic, but nowadays I like to say I was reborn. I find myself a new person, with a whole new outlook on life. Look around and you will see many miserable people, people who aren't living as they would like to live. In the world today. there are people struggling financialy, with morals, and people living for nothing. Now tell me, if there was one thing you would like in life what would that be? In order for change to come into your life, you must first recognize what is it that you are looking for. I have not yet reached where I want to be, or do I believe i am perfect, but I am happy to say I'm heading in the right direction. I end this blog with that question for you, "What is it that you want in this life?".
