Some Good Workouts

Workouts can only be consider good/helpful in relation to what you are trying to achieve. I myself mainly do cardio workouts with little lifting because I aim to maintain a desired weight of 140 pounds. So these are a few good workouts if you are just trying to keep the weight neutral, or lose weight rather than put a lot of muscle/weight on. As you begin to workout for a lot, you begin to understand your body. How your body reacts to certain workouts, how you body will lose or gain weight. Make sure you are aware of this. Some people recommend keeping track of everything (Calories, workout routine) , I don't. Do whatever works for you best, I will only continue to post tips on having betther physical, mental health.

Running/Walking (Minimum a mile but I suggest 2 miles at least 4 days a week)
Dips
Squats
Pull-ups
Pushups
Leg Lifts
Situps
Sprints

I do my workouts in sets of four. Four sets of twelve or less.

Lose Weight, Live Healthy: See Results

What I noticed to be the biggest problem for people who can't lose weight, improve physical/mental healt, or just trying to get a little more active is the starting point.....it can be anything.

BIGGEST PROBLEM: The Starting Point
If you want to get in better shape, lose weight, improve your physical health, whatever it is, you need to implement action. Start walking everyday or jogging or playing that guitar if you want to learn how to play.

SOLUTION: Action, Don't talk about it, be about it
I found that I can think of over a million reasons not to do something. Every excuse in the book can be used: "I'm Tired", " I don't feel like it", "I'll do it tommorow". Believe it or not if you just go and do it, all those excuses, all those bad vibes will fade away.

AND YOU WILL SEE RESULTS
If you walk only around the block, such a short distance that is more than you were doing and you know what? YOU WILL SEE RESULTS

Basicly get into action, do it...start small, start somewhere and then you make it a routine.
YOU WILL SEE RESULTS FAST

Stay posted I will continue with new posts.

Can't Stop Won't Stop

So I haven't posted in a while, and the current book I'm reading lead me to this post. The Art of Non-Conformity by Chris Guillebeau, is a must read. I suggest this to anyone, why? Because first its an easy read, the book won't take much of your time. Second it will open your eyes a little, hopefully take you away from your long grueling work schedule or at least in thought. The book states that you don't have to work that long day to earn big bucks or live as society portrays a normal life: five or six day work week, not traveling much, going to college, creating huge debt, which basicly leads into a life of continuous work. You don't have to agree with everything the guy says, no I didn't say that I do, but it is always good to be open to new ideas. I'm still boxing for any of you who have tuned in to any of my old blogs. Hellooooo is anyone out there?!?!! Golden Gloves 2013 Champ is the goal. November is crunch time and I want this. I fought in the 2012 Golden Gloves losing my fight by decision which is posted on youtube, Fabio D'Ambrosio 2012 Golden Gloves. And I believe I just haven't reached my potential and haven't performed my best yet, so this is something I need to prove to myself. But anyone out there, wish me luck or just say a prayer for me. Keep your faith, stay strong, and God Bless You. I'm leaving this blog on presidential status. Ohh ya! Barack Obama lets go baby! This country needs you.
